Admission Requirements

Admission and entry requirements

Applicants must provide evidence of a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in humanities and social sciences. Admissions committees evaluate the student's potential for academic success through a review of transcripts, a personal statement regarding their commitment to ethical leadership, and two professional or academic letters of recommendation. Senior Capstone Project The Senior Capstone Project serves as the final, integrative experience for the program, requiring students to design a comprehensive strategy for an organization or social initiative. The project expects students to synthesize their learning across leadership theory, sociology, and ethics to address a real-world organizational or community challenge. Students must produce a formal research paper and a strategic proposal that demonstrates both technical competence and alignment with principles of servant leadership and stewardship. This project carries 4 credit hours and is evaluated for its academic rigor, methodological soundness, and clarity of articulation. Beyond academic proficiency, the capstone provides a vehicle for students to demonstrate their growth in faith-informed character development. By identifying how their strategic decisions reflect a commitment to ethical integrity and the common good, students articulate how their Christian worldview informs their professional problem-solving process. This experience serves as a final examination of the student’s readiness to enter their career or graduate studies with a clear, coherent sense of mission.
